The painting system composed by 3 layers and strict treatments:
Before painting surface should be free oil, dirt and grease, Surface prepration sand blast Sa 2.5in acc. ISO 8501-1.
- First layer 60um nominal dry coating layer thickness. epoxy on galvanized substrate, grade INTERGEAR 269.
- Second layer 80um nominal dry coating layer thickness. epoxy with barrier pigment, grade INTERGEAR 475HS.
- Third layer 60um polyurethane (aliphatic) or polysiloxane paint, grade INTERTHANE 990 for RAL5012, or INTERTHERM 50 for RAL9006.
Total nominal thickness of the coating system 200um, color RAL 5012 light blue, or RAL 9006 white aluminum.
