Sharing a batch of our diaphragm valves ready for delivery, designed for applications where tight sealing and contamination prevention are essential.
The valve uses a flexible diaphragm (made of rubber, PTFE, EPDM, or FPM) as both the sealing element and the fluid isolator.
When the stem moves down, the diaphragm is pressed tightly against the weir or straight-through seat - flow is shut off.
When the stem moves up, the diaphragm lifts and flow is restored.
No rotating stem. No packing. No contact between the stem and the fluid.
Zero leakage to atmosphere
No packing wear or maintenance headache
Self-draining & self-cleaning behavior
Ideal for slurries, viscous fluids, corrosives, or high-purity lines
That is why diaphragm valves are widely trusted in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and water treatment applications.
