News - How to count the flow coefficient CV for a valve?   More+

February 20, 2023

The CV is a very important parameter of valves at fully open status related to the pressure drop across the valve, defined as volumn of water at 60oF which flow through a full open valve with a 1 psi pressure difference.

The CV is the basic parameter for a valve to count other flow charactars, such as pressure drop, liquid flow per hour, gas flow per minute etc.

CARBONVALVE have always focused on valve technology to provide our customers with excellent valve solutions. The following formula and value of valve flow coefficient CV, we hope to be helpful to customer works. If you have any questions, please contact our technology department, carbonvalve@gmail.com
